This 16 hour class plus 2 hours live fire/range (18 hours) is now required to:

• apply for an initial Concealed Carry Weapon license in New York State

​

• to renew a current carry license and weapons permit

​

• release restrictions on your current restricted/target/business/sportsman license to Full Unrestricted Carry concealed weapon.​​

​

NYS Concealed Carry Weapon Class uses Simunitions and is conducted by State Certified Instructors under gun laws. This course is all inclusive (range, eye & ear protection, safe handling weapons and ammunition)

Course Requirements for a Concealed Weapon Carry permit:

• Full Attendance on all days is required.

​

• Pass the written exam with a score of at least 80% to receive full credit and CCW permit

​

• Live Fire Qualification: 4 out of 5 rounds must be on a target 11” x 25” from a range of 4 yards to carry a concealed firearm

​

• All the permit applicants must attend the full CCW training class, pass the written test and shooting qualification to receive your CCW certificate. There are no refunds for missing class or not passing tests. Every effort should be made to attend the class.

• ​Upon booking your CCW course, you shall receive an email about the training courses with course details and important information after registration online. Please read prior to attending your CCW class to obtain your concealed carry permits.

After reviewing all the training requirements to obtain your CCW license and having successfully completed the concealed carry class, we will issue the certificate of completion for you to officially obtain your concealed carry weapon permit in the United States.
